Domaine du Cros Lo Sang Del Pais Marcillac

Spicy little number made from Mansois in the little know appellation of Marcillac (catagorised here as Rhone and Grenache as I'm buggereed if I'm making new menus for the only wine from grape and appellation we are likely to see in Ireland). Name means blood of the soil, lovely raspy acidity, with good mouth feel but low alcohol - need more like this. Great value too. STSWine
