ALL RED, ALL PINOT, A GRAPE FAMED FOR ITS EVOLUTION IN THE GLASS AND ETHEREAL PERFUME. SERIOUS AS IT GETS
The Reds are powerhouse producers. Amboise Bourgogne Rouge 2018 is from the lower end of Nuits, a punchy wine that looks every bit of its Nuits St. George pedigree. Paul Pillot Bourgogne Rouge 2019 is a new but already very well known producer from Chassagne-Montrachet, stunning and our fave Burg of the year. Benjamin Leroux Bourgogne Rouge 2019 is a scorcher from Benjy Leroux of Beaune - an absolute favourite of the critics and interestingly for Burgundy: a proponent of screwcap! Parize Champ Nalot Premier Cru Givry 2019 is an incredibly priced Premier Cru wine from the up and coming area of Cote Challonaisse. Our favourite Cote de Beaun red from our favourite white producer: Jean Marc Pillot Bourgogne Rouge 2019 is a juicy style with lots of raspy acidity and crunchy fruit. Finally, a rare and sought after red Burgundy from Ireland's cult Burgundy producer: Roisin Curley Beaune 1er Cru 'Les Blanches Fleurs. STSWine
