The Bourgogne Aligoté Clos du Roy is tightly wound on the nose, scents of citrus peel, dandelion and light grassy notes unfurl with aeration. The palate is very well balanced with succulent ripe pineapple and passion fruit, leading to a much spicier lemon thyme and ginger tinged finish that leaves the mouth tingling. Superb. VINOUS
