THIS IS DECADENT.
Starting in the Burgundy's Satellite region of Chablis; Louis Jadot Chablis 2019, showing all the flinty, kimmeridgian minerality you'd expect. Philip Milan Rully 2016 is delicious drop from the Cote Challonaise, an up and coming region in Burgundy. Domaine Rougeot 'Les Grandes Gouttes' 2018 is Meursault fruit and a new favourite of ours. Camille Giroud Bourgogne Blanc is from the Puligny side, while Jean Marc Pillot 'Les Hauts des Champs' Bourgogne Blanc is a piece of perfection from Chassagne Montrachet. Lastly, Maison Ambroise Aligote is a rare white Burg made from Aligote rather than Chardy - a racier, drier style, this is what the French drink!
It is the 6-Pack we all want. STSWine
