This is a Colfondo, like the other we are featuring by Drusian that is found here, it's secondary fermentation takes place on its lees, leading to more dryness and complexity, again, forget the sweetner. This is bone dry with a haunting spectrum of flavour and minerality. Great value too. STSWine
