PYCM is quite simply the rockstar of Burgundy. These 2020's are absolutely stunning. We are quite simply, lucky to have them. These are utterly mesmeric Chardonnays and for me he is the best producer of Saint Aubin in Burgundy. The Bourg Blanc is better than most Village. The Le Blanc offers some of the best bang for buck in the whole of The Cote and the Premier Cru Hommage a Marguerit (tribute to his Granny) would kick the arse off a lot of Grand Cru. STSWine
