La Universal is the (now extremely established) project of husband and wife Priorat royalty Sara Perez, who's family winery is Mas Martinet and Rene Barbier, who's family winery is Clos Mogador. Martinet & Mogador are 2 of the 5 founding producers in the rejuvenation of Priorat.
DIDO TINTO is the flagship wine and the first they made. Garnaxta-led, it is about utter fruit purity from vineyards dotted around Monsant AND Priorat. DIDO BLANC shows great freshness but also complexity more akin to fine Godello with fallen orchard fruit and citrus. DIDO ROSA is a completely unique Rose made from Red and White.
