A dry white half dozen. No chardonnay, no sweet, just bone-dry whites, including our FAVOURITE Albarino. This is the best iteration so far.
Les Deux Moulin Sauvignon Blanc is our new favourite Sauv from the Loire: Baby Sancerre with a cool label. Tariquet Blanc is a super-dry, refreshing white made from Ugni Blanc, the grape usually used for Cognac. Maison Lorgeril Terres des Roches Assemblage is a blend from the south with a little more roundness and texture. From Italy, the Queen of Northern dry whites and people's choice; Via Romana Pinot Grigio. From Tuscany, Terre di Chieti Bellepoca Bianco is a searing white made from Trebbiano. From Portugal, Jardim Estrela Bianco a bit of Portugese tropical crush to the mix. Yummers. STSWine
