What a great little wine from a producer that has been off the grid in Rioja since the 80s, shunning any of the wine press that so many court. Mostly Tempranillo with Garnacha, it is fermented in fiberglass vats with native yeasts and raised for a short time in the same fiber glass vats. Hands of, salt of the earth, pure Rioja here.
