Fully organic and vegan, the wines allow the vineyards to speak through the wines. Everything is done by hand, fementation with wild yeast. Stellar whites from Sauvignon Blanc & Chardonnay and beautiful red Pinot Noir.
There are 3 fantastic vintages (New Zealand nearly impervious to bad vintages!) of their iconic Marlborough Pinot Noir, mixing structure and elegance, freshness and fruit intensity. Brilliant tension, unreal drinking - do yourself a favour! STSWine
