ANOTHER NEW RED STATION: CLASSIC FRANCE, A TASTE FROM DOWN UNDER, STUNNING SANGIOVESE & A DOUBLE SERVE OF TEMPRANILLO.
Starting off with one of the most famous names in wine making; Michael Chapoutier Lirac 2017 is a stunner from the Rhone Valley - ask a Frenchman; they'll take Lirac over Chateauneuf any day. Marcel Malbec is a classical, big juicy number from the South East and is incredibly popular. From Down Under, 16 Stops Shiraz is the best this little house has ever achieved and a fantastic introduction to good quality, well made Shiraz (forget yellow tail and wally's hut). Bibi Graetz Casamatta Rosso needs no introduction, this pure Sangiovese is such a winner and it is organic too. Finishing with a double serve of Tempranillo; El Mozo Herrigoia is a new-wave Rioja made with some white grapes added to the field blend with no oak - just fruit. From German Blanco and his famous 'Lively Wines' collection; Milu Ribera del Duero is a darker style of Tempranillo (known regionally as Tinta Pais) made with less oak and a more pure style, it is stunning. Both Spanish wines are also organic. HAPPY DAYS! STSWine
