White Wine /// Riesling // Mosel / Germany
Don't be afraid! it's only Riesling. This, like most basic German Riesling, is bone dry (you will sometimes see 'trocken' on the label of most entry level which means dry in German). Riesling generally gets sweet as you go up in value. Look at the alcohol, if its above 12% it will be very dry.
If you are looking to get into Rizza, here you go. Dry, cool, clear, loads of citrus and apple fruit, flinty acidity, perfect, dry German Riesling. We need to drink more Riesling. This is a hill I am willing to die on. STSWine
