Regal Rogue Wild Rosé is led by tropical fruit and fruit spice notes. Marrying a pale and dry Organic Cabernet Rosé with native Illawarra plums, Rosella, Strawberry gum, fruit spice, Rhubarb and Kina.

Style: Semi-Dry.
70gms sugar per litre. One of four Rosé vermouths globally.

Additional flavour notes: Pairs with Strawberry, Raspberry, Passionfruit, Stone fruit, Mango.

Regal Rogue works best as the base ingredient (a wine based alternative to Gin) in a 3-step serve with a mixer, seasonal fruit and herb or spice. Alternatively, it’s perfect for making vermouth-led ‘Reverse classic’ cocktails where you use Regal Rogue as the leading ingredient, instead of the spirit, for a more rounded less punchy classic cocktail.

3-STEP APERITIF
50ml Regal Rogue Wild Rosé, Sicilian Lemonade or Bitter Lemon, a lemon wedge and strawberry. Serve over ice in a tumbler.

THE WILD ROGUE SPRITZER
50ml Regal Rogue Wild Rosé, 15ml Aperol, top with prosecco. Garnish with lemon and fresh mint.
