1 Rose, 4 Whites, 7 Reds: a Spring DOZEN to fit every occasion!
Starting with two of our most popular whites, Les Deux Moulins Sauvignon Blanc is a gorgeous dry white from the flinty soils of the Loire Valley. From the higher vineyards in the North of Italy, Via Romana Pinot Grigio is a racy expression from this incredibly popular grape. From Tuscany, Terre di Chieti Bellepoca Bianco is a searing white made from Trebbiano and Valdasco Verdejo is a beauty from Rueda in Spain. We are into Spring now and accordingly, Domaine de la Provenquiere Peche Coquin is a super Rose from the South of France.
In the reds, most are organic and/or biodynamic (but utterly clean and delicious!). The uber-popular Gonzalo Grijalba Gran Cerdo Rioja Tinto is 100% Tempranillo made from juicy, young, unoaked 100% Rioja (check out the label art and read the explanation too!). Albizu is a delicious Temprnillo but with a tasteful lick of oak. Cuvee des Galets Cotes-du-Rhone is a Chateauneuf-style Rhone red. Chateau de Cedre Marcel Malbec is an approachable but hugely satisfying Malbec from Cahors in France while Les Deux Moulins is a cool climate Pinot Noir. Jardim Estrella Red is a meaty Portugese Red from native varieties. Cantine Rallo is Nero d'Avola, a beautiful midweight red that tastes like holidays and will match a variety of foods, especially BBQ and Pizzac - dare to dream! HAPPY DAYS! STSWine
