Podere Anima Mundi produces mono-varietal, terroir-led bio-dynamic wines in the vin de soif style, meaning gluggable. Some obscure varieties, all of the wines have a serious buzzy energy and are just so much fun to drink, sensational acidity and bright fruit, not everything has to be dark and concentrated. Labels are awesome too. STSWine
Pugnitello is pretty rare but making a come back as part of the typical Chianti Classico blend, Rocca di Montegrossi has a particularly good crop of it. Meaning little fist because of its tight fist like berries, it's similar to Montepulciano. Made via semi carbonic maceration, this is bright and high toned, chill and glug. STSWine
