Ignore the noise about Natural Wine. It doesn't mean anything. We can all agree that less chemicals and additions is a good thing but if that is the cornerstone of the wine then you are in trouble. Calling your wine natural doesn't make up for it smelling like a fu*$ing pet store and it doesn't make up for bad wine. Natural wine should be judged the same way as any wine. It is either delicious or it is not delicious.
This pack helps you dip your toe into the (so called) natural wine ocean - all are utterly clean and utterly delicious and very interesting without sacrificing any drinkability. Two whites: a skin contact Chenin and a NV Vin de France Melon Blanc blend. Totally pure Garnacha from Spain, a bananas Malbec/Grenache blend. Amphorae-aged Mando from Valencia and to prove that all natural wine is not made with cutting edge modern techniques and a Banksy-esque label; a traditional Chianti.
All wear their organic and bio-dynamic certifications like badges of honour. All are delicious. We are excited about this one. STSWine
The pack comes with printed exploratory notes on each of the wines and so called natural wine, organics and bio-dynamics in general - much of it in STSWine-rant form.
