From 4th generation Chassange-Montrachet producer Jean-Marc Pillot, the fruit for this Bourgogne Blanc is sourced from a single parcel just south of Chassange. Medium bodied with a hint of flinty earth and lemon on the nose. Lively, lipsmacking lemon, dried herbs and a buttery, creamy texture on the palate. Pillot uses low sulfur and allows this bottling to spend on year on the lees. STSWine
