Tried Gaglioppo? Most haven't. A rare grape from a region that wouldn't turn up on most radars, a ROSE made from this outlying grape is even more unlikely. This aint your typical Rose either. The colour is awe inspiring and disconcerting in equal measure - it is orange as a pumpkin. The palate is incredibly dry and almost has a salty character. This is not your average peaches and cream pink Rose. This is the best wine you could possibly have with anti pasto. STSWine
