Bodega Tres Pilares are something of Verdejo specialists and that is certainly not hard to see once you get your hands on this lovely wine. This is a more approachable iteration of Rueda's favourite grape variety, with a lovely weight in the mouth as well as a piney element. The nose is dominated by ripe, golden orchard fruit and a whisper of yellow bubblegum. GOOD PAIR
