Pax Mahle Trousseau Gris 2021

Sourced from the famous Fanucchi-Wood Vineyard, this Trousseau Gris, also known as Grey Riesling, is a white wine with red wine characteristics. It is both meaty and delicate, with soft strawberry aromas, watermelon, and flowers.  You can practically smell the creamy texture on the nose proving that the palate will provide more weight than your typical blush wine.  The acid on the finish starts minute, but slowly builds to a lasting finale.
